چکیده

Stem cells are extensively used for regenerative purposes as they unspecialized capable of renewal and differentiation. Growth factors like vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) play a crucial role in enhancing the potential stem cells. The present study was designed to elucidate effects VEGF preconditioning accelerating adipose-derived (ADSCs) wound healing. In vivo carried out using female Sprague Dawley (SD) rats randomly divided into three groups, i.e., preconditioned ADSCs transplanted group (Pre-Tx), normal (N-Tx) control group. ADCS were isolated from SD treated with Pre-Tx At 21st day post-transplantation, completely closed. However, not fully healed N-Tx Control For further analysis, experimental area skin tissues taken all groups examined histologically. cellularity granulation thicker pre-Tx thicker, indicating rapid recovery. Furthermore, polymerase chain reaction results also confirmed down-regulation apoptotic marker caspase3, which indicates less cell death at injury site up-regulation certain IGF, sdf1α some other markers E cadherin vimentin. RT-PCR analysis revealed significant these compared groups. These suggest that pre-conditioning improves reparative potency by increasing their survival rate stimulating secretion various having involvement angiogenesis recovery damaged tissue.

Skin wound healing following the spray of human abdominal adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells in diabetic male rat

Introduction: Diabetes is rising worldwide and impaired wound healing is one of its major complications. This study aimed to determine the effects of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) on wound healing in diabetic rats. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, abdominal adipose tissue was obtained from 10 patients who underwent an abdominoplasty. MSCs were isolated from adi...

The Effect of Transplantation of Collagen Hydrogel with Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells on Burn Wound Healing in Rats

Background: Cell therapy is one of the most challenging methods in the healing of burn wounds in the world. The present study aimed to determine the effect of collagen hydrogel with adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells on burn wound healing in an animal model. Materials and Methods: The present study was experimentally performed on 24 Wistar rats. Burn wounds were created on the skin of rats...

Mesenchymal Stem Cells Differentiate to Endothelial Cells Using Recombinant Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor –A

Background: Vascular endothelial growth factor-A (VEGF-A), an endothelial cell-specific mitogen produced by various cell types, plays important roles in cell differentiation and proliferation. In this study we investigated the effect of recombinant VEGF-A on differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) to endothelial cells (ECs). Methods: VEGF-A was expressed in E. coli BL21 (DE3) and BL21...

Curcumol Promotes Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF)-Mediated Diabetic Wound Healing in Streptozotocin-Induced Hyperglycemic Rats

BACKGROUND Wound healing in chronic diabetic mellitus is mainly associated with the management of angiogenesis. The angiogenic mechanism of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) has been widely studied in the context of diabetic ulcers. The aim of this study was to investigate the wound-healing potential of curcumol in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. MATERIAL AND METHODS Sixty male SD...
